It serves as a gentle, reliable laxative, and may, alternatively, be used to heighten senses such as sight and taste, leading to an increased sense of vigor, vitality, and overall health and wellness. Our product has a 20% Triphala extract, and capsules should be consumed by mouth one to two times daily with a meal and a large glass of water, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
